Tuesday, 6 May we remember VE Day and join in 80th celebrations
We invite you to share photos, stories, documents, recipes, memorabilia
- to let people know what it was like in Walmersley and the area around 1945.
If you are willing we can scan and return anything you are able to share. There is a hope that these could even become a booklet.

In the afternoon tea, coffee and cakes;
in the evening the additional option of "tater ash" or corned beef hash
